ShameSo, there's this cat that comes to my window every night and my cat, Callie, hates it's guts and always tries to beat it up through the window.
At, like, 5:30 in the morning, I heard Callie growling and hissing, so I opened my curtains and the cat was out there. I banged on the window and it ran away, but Callie tried to follow it along the windowsill, but since I was peering out the window trying to figure out who's cat it was, she ran into my head, slipped, and clung to me to regain her balance.
She grabbed my face with one paw and the back of my head with the other, and her claws were fully extended cuz she was pissed off.
So I screamed and woke up the whole house. I was sitting on my bed crying when my mom came in and turned the lights on and was like "what happened?" and I looked up at her and she was like "OMG BABYYY". I could actually see the blood dripping down my nose so I was freaking out.
Anyways, she cleaned me up and put some antibacterial stuff on it and I went back to bed, but I couldn't fall asleep because I was in so much pain. You know how much a light cat scratch hurts. Imagine several cat scratches about 1cm deep ON YOUR FACE. Yeah, it hurt like a bitch.
And when I woke up this morning and went to look at myself in the mirror, I started crying because there was crusted blood dripping all over my face. My dad let me stay home from school, so I cleaned up and everything. They're not so bad once they're clean, they're more like a stab and a little rip than a regular scratch . I have one on my nose, one just above my eyebrow, a shitload on and around my right ear and a bunch on my head that are hidden by my hair.
But it doesn't look very good :I
I'm contemplating wearing a paper bag over my head to school tomorrow D:
And you know what my mom said?
"Well, Steph, you got that nose piercing you wanted."

But, yeah, it hurts a lot... especially cuz I'm very expressive, facially, so whenever I make a face it stings DB
